As President and C.E.O., Mr. Palmer represents the third generation of the Palmer Family to work at PALMER BROTHERS. Mr. Palmer has been in the real estate business 40 years, specializing in representing clients in commercial leasing and sales transactions.

Clayton Watson, CCIM

Clayton Watson began his commercial real estate career in 1982 working for Auto Shack [now Auto Zone] performing new store site selection throughout the southeastern United States. This corporate real estate experience with many complicated sales and leasing transactions established the basis for a successful commercial real estate brokerage and management career.

His strengths include: 1. Sales and lease negotiations, 2. Retail store demographic analysis and site location, 3. Restaurant demographic analysis and site location, 4. Communication tower (cellular) site location, 5. Broadcast tower site location, 6. Retail and office property management, 7. Real estate tax assessment challenges.

Watson is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BBA in 1973 with a concentration in finance and real estate. He has completed advanced educational requirements in the real estate field and attained the designation of CCIM {Certifed Commercial Investment Member}.

Tom Talley, CCIM

Tom Talley has been active in the real estate industry since 1969 with experience in brokerage, management and development on the local, regional and national level. He has been involved in construction, sales and marketing of commercial and residential properties, specializing in hotel development and management.

Talley is a graduate of University of Memphis (formerly Memphis State University) with a degree in mathematics and business management. He has completed advanced educational requirements in the real estate field and has attained the designation of CCIM {Certified Commercial Investment Member}.

Talley served as president of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and Tennessee Association of Realtors. He is a past recipient of MAAR and TAR "Realtor of the Year", the highest honor awarded to a Realtor. He is a founding and charter lifetime member of The Multi-Million Dollar Club.
